Revision Policy
How Proofs & Changes Work.
Each tier includes a set number of proof rounds. Once you approve a proof, any changes that require a re-plate or reprint are billed separately. Minor adjustments (colour shift, copy correction) within the same round are usually covered. Major changes after approval (new design, different product) are treated as a new job.
Rush Policy
When You're On a Tight Timeline.
Rush is available on most products subject to capacity. It typically cuts lead time by 3–5 business days and adds a 20–40% surcharge depending on the product and how tight the window is. Tell us your hard deadline upfront — we'd rather be honest than overpromise.
